Fairchance works with thousands of Colorado, regional, and national employers to create employment opportunities in all Colorado communities.


From Isle Casino to the U.S. Secret Service, Fairchance promotes the largest number of regional jobs than any other private organization in the State of Colorado, hosting and sponsoring monthly career events with 50 to 100 employers per event and hundreds to thousands of jobs each month.


Employment means economic change and upward mobility in many of Colorado’s under-served communities.  Fairchance provides free employer access along with free counseling, employer targeting, resume posting, and general advisement.
